In our everyday life we are exposed to a lot of pollutants leading to fine dust particles, pollen, and bacteria harming our respiratory system.
Our newly developed GESSNER Meltblown builds the basis to remove these particles in the loop scarf urbandoo®. It is an environmentally friendly and sustainable alternative to disposable face masks and completely “made in Germany”. Besides the FFP3 fine particle filter material GESSNER also produces FFP1 and FFP2 filter media based on EN149 as well as according to NIOSH 95 and NIOSH 99. GESSNER produces these electrostatic charged media types on state-of the art production lines in south of Germany.
Based on the customer requirements the material can be modified; for example, by adding a support to make it pleatable.

FFP3 Filtermedien im Atemschutz-Loop urbandoo®
In unserem Alltag sind wir etlichen Schadstoffen ausgesetzt, was dazu führt, dass Feinstaub, Pollen und Bakterien unsere Atemwege belasten.
Mit unserem neu entwickelten Meltblown Material gelingt es der Firma urbandoo®auf einebesonders stylische Art diese Schadstoffe zurückzuhalten. Der Loop ist eine ökologische und nachhaltige Alternative zu Einweg-Atemschutzmasken und komplett „made in Germany“. Neben dem genutzten FFP3 Feinpartikelfiltermaterial produziert Neenahauch FFP1 und FFP2 Filtermedien (nach EN149), bzw. nach NIOSH 95 und NIOSH 99 für hochgeladene Anwendungen an modernen Produktionsanlagen im Süden Deutschlands.
Je nach individuellem Kundenwunsch kann das Material beispielsweise mit einem steifen Träger verbunden werden um faltbare Medien herzustellen.
