Our team of experts will work closely with you to understand your needs and develop a customized solution.

From initial concept to final delivery, we are fully dedicated to delivering high-quality sleeves, feed spacers, separators, membrane casting substrate, media support, cores or any other filter component that meet the unique requirements of your industry. This customized approach and our technology portfolio ensure that our products meet the specific requirements of your application and deliver optimal performance every time.

Why fully synthetic comes with lots of benefits?

Even if fully synthetic materials and components do not always have a good reputation, they are often the better solution compared to metal alternatives. In filtration technology, synthetic filter components offer a range of compelling benefits that make them the superior choice over components made from metal or other raw materials.

  • Grade Purity for better Recyclability: Due to the grade purity in filters, from filter media to components, the recycling process is simplified, which contributes to a more sustainable product.
  • Complete Incinerabiltiy: The fact that the filter can be completely incinerated without leaving behind metal sleeves, for example, ensures easy disposal and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Consistent Performance: Fully synthetic filters maintain their performance over longer periods of time than conventional filters without losing efficiency, as rust or corrosion processes, for example, cannot have any influence.
  • Extended Lifespan and Higher Durability: Because of their material composition and higher resistance to wear and tear, these filter components are more enduring, more resistant and therefore have longer replacement intervals.
  • Lower Costs: Providing a cost-effective solution without compromising on performance, makes them an ideal choice for those looking to optimize efficiency while reducing expenses.

We can offer a variety of resins to produce filter media, pleat support and a number of different filter components. This enables us to produce materials and components that are perfectly tailored to your requirements to provide you with the best possible product portfolio for your filter - with additional benefits in terms of easy recyclability or simple disposal.

APERTURED FILMS

Delnet™

Our Delnet™ apertured films are a lightweight, nonwoven material supporting with high flexibility and versatility.

We manufacture geometric apertured films from polypropylene, polyethylene, TPX , ECTFE and co-extrusions under the Delnet™ brand. These apertured films, have a mesh-type configuration, made from a unique extrusion, embossing, and orientation process.

By varying the process parameters, an infinite variety of configurations can be created to meet our customers’ requirements. Tensile strength, product weight, chemical formulation, hole size, and geometry, are just some of the features that can be customized to meet your application and market requirements.

EXTRUDED DIAMOND NETTINGS

Naltex™

Naltex™ diamond netting is an extruded, diamond, bi-planar mesh netting with bonded strand intersections. It is widely utilized in many filtration applications and industries.

It is used for many liquid & air filtration applications. The bi-planer structure provides defined flow channels that prevent pleats from pinching to increase the lifespan of any pleated filter. We offer many polymer options such as nylon, polyester, and fluoropolymers for high temperature and harsh chemical applications. In water filtration applications Naltex™ diamond nettings act as membrane support feed spacers that offer improved pressure drop & flux within reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF).

EXTRUDED SQUARE NETTING

Conwed™

Our extruded Conwed™ square netting is manufactured through a single-step continuous extrusion process that yields a plastic netting material with integral joints.

Conwed™ square netting products are manufactured via a continuous extrusion process that yields plastic net featuring an integral joint for stability. In a secondary process, Conwed™ nets can be oriented to provide a lightweight but high strength netting for containment and reinforcement.

We offer a variety of resins to meet our customers’ application requirements to ensure superior protection, containment and separation.

SYNTHETIC WETLAID NONWOVEN

CRANEMAT™

Our CRANEMAT™ membrane casting substrate play play a crucial role in the performance of reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), microfiltration (MF), and nanofiltration (NF) membranes. Offered in both high bulk and calendered forms it is designed to maximize physical performance characteristics.

Our wet-laid synthetic nonwoven membrane casting substrate has been specifically engineered to create a smooth, flat surface that does not curl and prevents holes in the membrane. This ensures a high quality membrane paper that has excellent adhesion and exceptional runnability during the filtration process. Our synthetic wet-laid nonwoven is also characterized by an even fibre distribution.

GLASS NONWOVEN

CRANEGLAS™

CRANEGLAS™ filter media is a type of glass nonwoven, engineered with precision to create a strong and lightweight material. It is highly resistant to wear and tear, making it perfect for applications that require durability.

Additionally, it boasts excellent heat resistance properties and can withstand temperatures up to 400°C. Its superior strength-to-weight ratio make it suitable for various industrial purposes, such as construction and manufacturing. Thanks to its versatility, CRANEGLAS™ can be easily molded into a wide range of shapes and sizes for different projects.

MASCHINED PARTS

Coretec™

Our Coretec™ machined parts crafted from engineering-grade materials are custom designed to provide unparalleled performance and superior quality, making them an essential part of any filtration process, especially reverse osmosis.

Our machined parts find their application in an array of spiral wound membrane filters. Whether your operation is a small high rejection osmosis (HRO) or a large-scale municipal or industrial membrane system, our parts are designed to cater to your specific needs.
