We developed a smooth and soft material, which is made of 100% certified cellulose virgin fibers. Unlike conventional packaging materials our media is completely made without any chemistry. In contrast to conventional materials, we have made a conscious decision not to use any additives of petrochemical origin. This decision not only helps to protect the environment but also ensures that our material is completely biodegradable.
As a completely natural product it is fully recyclable in the wastepaper stream. This saves additional disposal effort and cost that would occur with plastic packaging solutions. With using PIN, not only are your surfaces protected, but it also helps to reduce pollution and promote a greener planet.
Soft and Dust-Reduced Protection
The soft feel is ideal for the protection of products with very sensitive surfaces and protects customers’ products from scuffs, dust, grime and other impacts. Due to our technology and layout of the paper machines we can provide an extreme bulky sheet with a high specific volume of more than 4.5 cm³/g. This feature offers a very soft touch which can be used for the gentle, abrasion-resistant surface protection ensuring that your polished and delicate surfaces remain unblemished.
Related to our decades of know-how, our PIN exhibits a very low dust tendency. This maintains the perfect appearance of the product for the customer but as a fully sustainable alternative packaging solution to substitute plastic films.

Our sustainable packaging solution can be customized to your products by a wide range of grammages to meet individual requirements. It is one of our key competences to tailor our material solutions to individual requirements. That is why we are able to adapt our soft, anti-abrasive material for surface protection to customers' needs when required.
