Our Multilayer Synthetic Nonwoven Filter Media has specifically been designed for best-in-class coalescence. 
With its gradient fiber denisty structure the droplets continue to grow by coalescence and collision which speeds up the coalesence process and increases the efficiency of the medium and filter.
Due to the correct combination fiber diameter, fiber density and hydrophobicity we are able to combine coalescence and collision in one media creating an enhanced filtration and separation performance.
The layered structure is designed to ensure coalesced drops drain efficiently, maintaining minimal pressure increase.
