Our Cellulose Filter Media is expertly crafted for engine air and gas turbine air intake filtration. It is designed with corrugated cellulose and reinforced with a highly durable phenolic or an eco-friendly lignin resin, to deliver consistent, reliable performance. With its ability to meet low Beta ratio requirements effortlessly, it ensures superior filtration efficiency while keeping the engine running smoothly. All of our cellulose filter media are available with flame retardancy for additional safety.

High Gradient Cellulose Filter Media

Designed especially for high flow velocities (air flow) >10cm/sec, this advanced filter media delivers up to 100% additional dust holding capacity (DHC) for impressive longevity. Whether you're filtering fine or coarse dust, its adaptability to different environmental conditions ensures optimal results every time. With its exceptional durability, the High Gradient Cellulose Filter Media not only enhances performance but also provides outstanding value e.g. for engine air filters or gas turbine air intake filters. 

If your engine operates at low flow velocities but requires high dust holding capacity (DHC), we prodvide a newly developed cellulose-based filter media with synthetic fibers - also available in curing and non-curing and flame retardant versions. 

      

  • At high flow intake velocity: Increased DHC (up to 100% - depending on air velocity)​ by having a very good efficiency​
  • At low flow intake velocity: Increased DHC (up to 20%)​​​​​​ by having a very good efficiency​
