GESSNER announces wage saturation to open its technology portfolio to customers for optimizing material performance for filtration and specialty applications.
We use a methanol- or water-based saturation process to impregnate specialty technical papers. Based on a wide range of resins, including phenolic, epoxy, melanin, acrylic resins, latex and many more, we equip filter materials with different properties in accordance with customer requirements. With single-sided, symmetrical, and asymmetrical saturation, we offer a wide range of saturations for a variety of filtration applications.
Depending on requirements, special additives can be added to achieve additional functions. For example, hydrophobic, hydrophilic, or oleophobic properties, flame retardancy, various colors, UV stability, bactericides, fungicides, etc. can be integrated. With the help of additional coating equipment, we can add further functions.
